*4 Center Cut Pork Chops, 1 1/2 inches thick
2 teaspoons fresh ginger
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
*or increase marinade recipe and use a roast. Can be made in a roaster as well!

1. Prick chops with fork after trimming off fat. Rub each chop with ginger and garlic.
Combine soy sauce, honey and butter. Mix well.
2. Marinate chops in this overnight and bring to room temperature before grilling.
3. Remove grid from grill, place drip pan in center on coals, and replace grid. Grill chops over drip pan, lid closed for about 1/2 hour. Chops should be basted with leftover marinade and turned three times.
This recipe is delicious with my spicy Cranberry Chutney!
