Recipe Ingredients

2 Medium Onions
4 Stalks Celery [Chopped]
1/2 Cup Catsup
2 Cans [20 oz.] Tomatoes
2 Cans [20 oz.] Kidney Benas
1 Can [20 oz.] Great Northern Beans
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder [or peppers] to taste
2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard




Recipe Directions

Saute onions
Stir in remaining ingredients except chili powder.
Add Chili powder [peppers or hot sauce] until desired hotness is reached.
Simmer for 30 minutes.

You may add soy-burger, green peppers or other favorite ingredients if you like.
